Armenian Summer Salad
A healthy, crunchy, refreshing salad that is both easy to make and delicious. Ingredients
2 or 3 heirloom tomatoes
1 fresh red onion
1 medium cucumber
3 tbsp. flat leaf parsley
3 - 4 tbsp. Organic Blended Heirloom Tomatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oregano
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop tomatoes, red onions and cucumber. Mix ingredients together and enjoy!

1 1/2 ounces Vodka

1/4 ounce seasoned rice vinegar

1/4 ounce horseradish
4 dashes your favorite hot sauce
2 dashes celery bitters

5 cracks pepper
